We know that sometimes the unexpected happens. If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you book another time. We’ll give you a reminder courtesy call 48 hours before your appointment, so that if you need to reschedule anything we can help you on the spot.
We take your time seriously and always make sure that we have the right people available to give you your personalized Celebrity experience. That’s why we require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so our team can adjust their schedules. If you let us know with less than 24 hours notice, we will ask you to pay 50% of your appointment cost, and if it’s under 12 hours notice, we will charge the full amount of your missed appointment.
STYLE RECYCLING
We are partners with Style Recycling. We recycle and repurpose everything from cut hair and used colour tubes, to the foil used to make all those beautiful hair colours. This helps keep things out of the landfill and keeps us focused on making a difference wherever we can.
